Great Job done by Zack. My wife and I were scouting for IDs back then and most of them quoted us with prices of the same. However, I noticed that Zack followed up with us promptly and sincerely as he was aware that Hari Raya was closing in.
In light of his sincerity, I decided to engage Zack. He is not only sincere but displayed reliability. I never had to worry about what was going on in the unit bcos he frequently updates me with pictures and videos. I trust that my unit is in good hands.
There was also an occasion, where Zack initiated something more than what was in our agreement. we agreed to lay vinyl floorings for the whole house except for the store room. But Zack went on and layed up vinyl for not only our storeroom but the little steps at our main door as well which changed the entire little facade of our home entrance.
Everyone has problems deciding which ID to go with. Go with mine. Zack got me covered.
I’ll recommend Zack to anyone, anyday. Not only is he an ID, he is now a brother to me. From what was a business relationship, to a great friendship.

For a couple of weeks before I met Joe Sim, I had already engaged a few I.D. and did not receive sincere interest in assisting me further. Joe, on the other hand, was responsive and patient; my family & I are so glad that we met Joe, grateful for his dedication and full support.

Our ID ALAN was professional at his job, He is also very responsible and responsive from the start till the end of the project.
He was able to guide us well and propose a design that was within our budget. Alan also accompanied us to purchase our sofa, and other household items while providing guidance on the colours and items to purchase.
The overall workmanship was good and the defects which we highlighted was quickly rectified before the hand-over of unit.

Contacted LiVinci for a small kitchen job. Wasn’t that confident as not many IDs would want to take up small jobs; to my surprise, LiVinci agreed without any hesitation. ID (Wei Hao) was immediately assigned to me.
Wei Hao came the very next day and was patient in understanding my requirements, choosing of materials and giving ideas to the design. Knowing that I was tight down with both health and domestics matters, Wei Hao made the whole process less stressful and more pleasant than it could have been; giving renovation schedules updates from time to time and completed the renovation works within the stipulated time frame.

Highly recommend my IDs Jeoncy and Ben! They were responsible, meticulous and such a joy to work with. They kept us updated on every stage of the renovation process and visited our house periodically to check on the work done. They proactively gave us suggestions that can either cut cost or make our home better. Joe Sim contacted me after i had sent my enquiry thru renopedia. When other contractor insisted that i meet them to provide me a quote Joe on the other hand managed to give me an estimated quote which i am comfortable with. After a few calls at last we managed to meet up at a short notice after the tiles at my home popped up and we need to get everything renovated and planned earlier. Joe and Daniel came to meet me and husband all the way at our home and we then decided on what we needed to do. Price quoted was within budget and went ahead to engage Livinci Interior Design for our reno.
Initially all went as planned except for some hiccups which we can’t avoid.In the end all went well and completed slightly later than than the scheduled date due to the hiccups. Overall we are happy with the renovation done to our home. Thank you Daniel and Joe for all the co-ordination during the renovation works. I simply love my kitchen area now.

From the start of enquiry stage to renovation and handover Jeoncy was diligent and patient with our request. She is very approachable and shines with good and practical renovation ideas. She also helped us with suitable color schemes and laminates to meet our Modern Scandinavian theme. She is meticulous in her work, and makes sure she kept things organized and detailed.
Ben was able to visualize things well and had good eye at choosing materials and designs. When you need recommendations, he is always available with an answer.
Together, they exhibit great teamwork. They had strong chemistry and added a fun element to the whole project.
Unlike other IDs, they were not pushy with their services. They were flexible and did not have issues if we turn down their offer. If budget was a concern, they willingly propose alternative designs that would not affect the overall quality.
